Carlos, my sweet baby girl from the moment I rescued you, you rescued me right back. You came from a hard place, but you brought nothing but joy, laughter, and love into my life. You were the sassiest, smartest, most amazing little soul I have ever known. You danced, you sang, you mimicked my voice, and every time I whistled, you’d move with such joy that it made the world brighter.

You were fiercely protective of me my feathered guardian, my shadow, my friend. No one else could come close when you were in my arms, and I loved that about you. You made me feel chosen, special, loved. You weren’t just my bird; you were my child, my family, my everything. Mommy daddy, brother, Sissy, Brooklyn and Sissy Blossom love you and we will miss you so much.

I still remember the song I wrote for you the day I brought you home. 🎶” I just met you and I already love you. You’re my baby my pretty baby”🎶I sang it to you the whole way, and you listened so closely — it became our song. You’d sing it back to me later, dancing the way only you could. That memory will live in my heart forever.

Carlos, I’m so sorry I wasn’t there when you needed me most. If love alone could have saved you, you would have lived forever. You gave me more than I could ever repay — comfort, laughter, companionship, and unconditional love.
