Suki "Bug"

In loving memory of our cherished Maine Coon cat, Suki who brought immeasurable joy and happiness to our lives for 18 unforgettable years.

Suki was more than just a pet; she was a beloved family member. Our loving “Velcro-Cat” as we often called her was happiest being right by our side. Even at dinnertime, she would try to crawl into our laps as we sat at the table. We loved how she would often jump on our bed and lay in the crook of our arms with her head on our shoulders, much like a person. This is how she earned her nicknames “Snuggle Bug” or “Bug.” 

From her playful antics to quiet moments of comfort, Suki touched our hearts in countless ways. She loved her “brother,” our corgi dog named Meeko.  As a puppy, Meeko was smaller than Suki who would steal his spot on the bed just because she could. Eventually, Meeko grew bigger than Suki and started herding her around the house which always made us laugh. In the calmer moments, we could often find Suki enjoying the sun from her cat tower near the bay window.

Although she has passed, Suki will live on in the countless moments of happiness that we shared. She leaves behind cherished memories and paw prints on our hearts that will never fade.

Rest peacefully, sweet “Bug” knowing you were deeply loved and will always hold a special place in our hearts.
